A Reply From Greggs Bakers

About a week ago I sent an email to Greggs the bakers asking why their pasties are tasteless. First thing this morning I received a reply from them and as I promised here it is.

Dear Mr ********,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

We take great pride in the quality of our Food and I'm concerned that you feel our Cheese and Onion and Corned Beef Pasty's have deteriorated in their taste over the years.

I've passed your comments onto our Technical Team and as soon as I've had their response I'll come back to you.

In the meantime if I can help with any further queries or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely ,
